Return & Exchange Policy

At JNLENSES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, we're here to help.


Eligibility Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.


Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging
  • The item must be in its original condition with all accessories, inserts, and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • The request must be submitted within the 3-day eligibility window

We do not accept returns or exchanges on lenses that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original blister or vial packaging, as contact lenses are a hygiene-sensitive product.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order via:

Please share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product in its original condition.


Delivery Charges

All return and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. JNLENSES does not cover or reimburse delivery charges for returned or exchanged items in either direction unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong product dispatched).


Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used contact lenses
  • Items returned beyond the 3-day window
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
